The downloads on this page are not working
a pop up asking you to read the EULA appears
on clicking yes nothing happens
the other files work (pdf etc) just not the downloads
signed in or not signed in the same problems
Many others seem to have the same issue (see comments under the EULA tab) across several browsers
I've verified three [Download Now] buttons in Firefox 36.0.1, and they are working fine. What web browser are you using? Try to right-click on the [Download Now] button and select "Save Target As". Try to download using a different web browser. What exactly are you trying to download?
Was on Internet Explorer fully updated version on 2 pc one Win 8.1 the other Win 7 neither download button worked.
Have managed to get file on Win 8.1 using right-click on the [Download Now] button and select "Save Target As".
Download took about 15 minutes on a fibre broadband 38mb/s connection even though its a small file , but it got there.
Where are the downloads for XD Models???
Move your mouse to Downloads tab at the top of the page and select XD Devices.
Right, but I need legacy downloads -- i.e. previous firmware versions -- for the XD Devices. Following the steps as you suggest... this just brings me to the latest downloads. Am I missing something?
No, you aren't. We only keep fresh FW and BA versions for all BrightSign products on our web site. Why do you need old FW version?
Why is it not possible to manage the p.e. HD 210w with the Brighauthor Version 220.127.116.11 ?
Is there no other way then installing an older version?
HDx10 models are legacy. Modern BA versions do not support them. If you want, you can install multiple BA versions on your computer by following steps in this FAQ.
