Using MediaInfo to check video/audio specs

In order to check whether or not your files are compatible with the BrightSign player, please download Mediainfo from the below link:

http://mediaarea.net/en/MediaInfo

Once MediaInfo is installed on your system, launch MediaInfo, Go to View > Select Text.

To analyse your video/audio file Go to File > Open > File > Browse to your file > Click Open

if BrightSign Support suspects that your Audio/Video files may have an impact on your player's behaviour, we will generally require that you send the above information. Please make sure you send this information in the above format (not in Basic view or any other view - Text View ONLY) 

When using H264 encoded video please make sure that you check the Format profile (Format profile                           : High@L3.2 in the above example) and that it is within the specs described in the below link:
