Obtaining player logs

-SEND PLAYER LOGS

Please re-create the setup cards via Tools > Setup BrightSign Unit and make sure to enable all the logging option”. This step will allow you to generate log files in the currentlog folder on your SD card.

Enable the Diagnostic Web Server (DWS – see the below instructions)

Once the DWS is enabled please go to the LOG tab, then select the entire kernel log (Ctrl+A, to select All), copy and paste the selected content to a notepad document.

Please send the content of currentlog folder and the content of the DWS LOG back to Support.
