HD2000 isn’t booting up properly

When the player turns on, it cycles through the Connector Activity and Video Mode lights. The only two lights that should remain lit at the end of the startup process are the Video Mode light, normally 1024x768, and the Power light.

1. Try playing content from a different flash card, using a playlist.
2. Try starting up the unit with no flash card inserted.
3. Try a different power adapter with the unit.
4. If the video connector lights are flashing three times together each time the unit boots, it means the player is trying to enter recovery mode for the Brightsign Network Manager. If you're not trying to use Brightsign Network Manager, please the autorun.bas file on the flash card along with your content.
