Can I receive usage statistics from a player over the network?

Yes, the BrightSign Network allows you to retrieve usage statistics from networked players. BrightSign players can capture playback details in the form of playback logs; details include what content is played and at what times and dates. These logs are then sent to your BrightSign Network account, where you can retrieve them for review.

To capture playback details, playback logging must be enabled during unit setup.

    I work with City of San Jose for their PSA. They are asking me for the BrightSign player report for the 

    metrics/analytics for the Junk pickup ads last year in 2022 October - December. I downloaded it for December but can't play it as it is coming out in HTML. I need in Excel so the City of San Jose can see the numbers how many times it was played and when. Also, I can't find October and November 2022. Please, help.
