Yes, BrightSign players support 3D video playback. There are two types of 3D video we support: side-by-side mode and top-over-bottom mode.
You can specify the 3D mode of a video state in an Interactive playlist: Double-click the video state, navigate to the Advanced tab, and select the Video Display Mode from the dropdown list at the bottom of the window.
Thank you for your answer. I tried several 3d files formats in Sony and Samsung 3D Screen with negative results. Could you send me one file that works with brightsign to test it? Do you know some TV set that you had tested with brightsign.

You can use either mpeg2 or h.264 content.
