How do I use the HP LM4200 touchscreen with the BrightSign?

In order to use the HP 4200 touchscreen, you must update the firmware on the BrightSign player to a recent version and update the firmware on the touchscreen using the attached firmware file. The attached .zip file includes a USB downloader. You can use your computer to update the firmware on the touchscreen.

The password for the USB downloader zip file is "smart".
