How do I use Adobe Media Encoder to create compatible H.264 video files?

Some customers have found that H.264 video files created with Adobe Media Encoder do not work reliably with BrightSign players (videos exhibit corruption or dropped frames during playback). This is caused by the video files periodically increasing bitrate beyond the limits of the video decoder on the player.

To create compatible videos with the Adobe Media Encoder, use the following video encoding parameters.

Important: Please note that using a bit rate above 12Mbps with Adobe Media Encoder will generate a video file that may contain peaks above 25Mbps which in turn will affect the accuracy of playback synchronization when running a video wall presentation (BrightWall or synchronized content using enhanced synchronization) across multiple players.
