Player restarts when I upload a new project or change its schedule

This is likely a result of the BrightAuthor presentations using different resolutions. When a player changes resolutions (e.g. from 1280x720x60p to 1024x768x60p), it requires a reboot.

To resolve this issue, open the project in BrightAuthor, go to File > Presentation Properties > Main, and change the Screen resolution so it matches your other projects. Note that changing the presentation resolution will also change the zone layout, and may also cause images and video to scale differently.
