How to access the Remote Diagnostic Web Server in BrightAuthor:connected.

BrightSign firmware features a Remote Diagnostic Web Server, which allows you to inspect various settings and details of the player. A player's Remote Diagnostic Web Server can be accessed in BrightAuthor:connected from anywhere in the world as long as the player has a connection to the internet. 

To access the Remote Diagnostic Web Server of a player in BrightAuthor:connected navigate to Network > Device List and find the player you wish to see the Diagnostic Web Server of. On the far right of the device details, select Open Remote DWS.
