BrightSignNetwork or BSN.Cloud related login and identification issues

   One of the very first steps to prevent login issues is to make sure we’re confident that we’re using the service(s) that we’ve signed up for.

BrightSignNetwork and BSN.Cloud are independent platforms from each other. So, things like, username, password, network name that work for one, doesn't work for the other.

They operate separately and require separate credentials as well as separate software to run.

Note:  If the players are configured with BrightAuthor:connected, regardless of their configuration type, they require BrightAuthor:connected to be used for publishing. Same is also true for BrightAuthor. So, whether they use the cloud options or not, you'll need to stick to this line of software in future. If you require to change from one to the other, the players must be reconfigured using that software.
