How do I tell what version of BrightAuthor:connected (BA connected) is installed?

To find the version of BrightAuthor:connected (BA connected) client that is installed on your Mac or Windows computer:

Mac

  • Launch BA connected
  • Go to the BA connected menu in the upper-left corner of your screen and choose "About BA connected":

  • That will open a window that displays the current version that you are running:

Windows

  • Launch BA connected
  • Go to Help > "About BA Connected":
    MicrosoftTeams-image__14_.png
  • That will open a window that displays the current version that you are running:
    MicrosoftTeams-image__15_.png
