Force XD1034 to an 4:4:4 or 4:2:2 output - maybe with special EDID?

Hello community.

Using XD1034 Player with Firmware 8.4.14, mostly with 3840x2160@50P.

Tried to force the output of the player to subsampling 4:2:2 or the non subsampling RGB 4:4:4. According to this FAQ Article, the output at 4K 50 or 60Hz allows 4:4:4 or 4:2:0. My understanding is that this applies to all devices listed there.
According to this article it only applies to 4Kx42 Player (?).
I also tried using Analog Ways app EDID Editor to create an EDID file that disallows 4:2:0 without success. Maybee somebody knows how to set the correct flags into the EDID file or how to force the player to RGB 4:4:4  on a different way (only at the output, the files are encoded in h.265 with 4:2:0 furthermore)?

Or is this option only given on 4Kx42 Player as supected?

Whats about the newer models of the XC Series, which output configurations is there possible? Don't see any hints regarding this question on the technical specs page of the XC series.

Background: The player should be used as backup player for our new HELIOS LED wall processors from Megapixelvr, which supports 4:2:0 only insufficiently. Using 4:2:0 at input a black and white picture is displayed.

Thanks in advance for any help here.
