create group from Brightauthor connected/BSN content cloud

Hi there,

i can not seem to find the option to create new groups for players from brightauthor connected/Content cloud. Do i also need to register to BSN Network in order to to this? Thank You!!

    or is that because i am running in 30 day  trial mode? the option "create group is not visible in the BA connected Network tab. I am still waiting for the activation of my BSN content cloud for 9 players. does it take a while?

    solved it... Hirarchy option was not set to device group

    Add Group (Content Cloud Users Only): Click the button to add a group to your BSN Content Cloud network. This option is only available when the Hierarchy option is set to Device Group
