BrightSign Devices Not Detecting WiFi Card.

We have multiple players that are no longer detecting the installed WiFi card.

All of these players were using WiFi successfully at one time, but devices were later switched to wired while a certificate issue was being addressed.

Now that the certificate issue has been resolved, we are in the process of reimaging these devices with the WiFi setup and configuration. The problem is these devices are not detecting the WiFi card either before or after the autorun.zip setup.

A full factory reset has been performed multiple times, with no success.

 

Appreciate any advice, tips or documentation on how to get the these devices to recognize the WiFi card.

    The Log tab in the DWS might show helpful information.
