I have 2 Brightsign HD225 players for a local municipality that I need to set up to static wifi IPs. I have tried setting them up with both BrightAuthor 5.0 and BrightAuthor connect. I am able to enter IP details, enable WIFI, prioritize the wifi connection and load files to the units. But have been unable to connect. Ethernet works fine, but unfortunately we are not able to get a line to these locations. The network diagnostics page reads:

I have factory reset and tried resetting the set up files multiple times in both Softwares, but have been unsuccessful as of yet. Any help or tips that can be offered would be most appreciated.
