Having an issue getting an XD-1035 to send video to a Panasonic PT-RCQ10 projector. The projector is capable of taking 1920x1080 and 3840x2160 signals. When we connect the BrightSign configured via web folder with a presentation set to either of those resolutions it only shows a blue screen. Sometimes when the projector is first setting up the image it'll flash briefly on screen, but very distorted and for less than a second. The projector will also display a resolution of "1920x516" or something like that. Interestingly, if we connect a brightsign configured standalone with a 4k or HD signal, it does show up on the projector, as do standard laptop signals. The projector is mounted in portrait mode, but the same thing happens whether we send it a portrait or landscape signal. We are at the end of our rope trying to get this to work. We can't do standalone as we need to publish changes rapidly and by remote on this product.

JB_MPR Did you try to reset the player? I had a similar problem as the player "insisted" to keep the resolution of an old presentation. We use the autorun-file to erase all the data and afterthat it was fine.

Adam Liebreich-Johnsen I reset the player several times, wiped the SD card and reprovisioned. I eventually solved it by checking "Force Resolution" in the presentation.
