Default State GPIO

Hello!
I use the schedule in my presentation. The presentation takes place several hours a day. The presentation uses GPIO outputs for LED buttons. But when the schedule starts, the GPIO outputs retain their last state (for example, the LED lights up when playing a certain video, but then it's time to turn off the presentation, but the diode remains on).
How to indicate the outputs default state when there is no active presentation?
