Storage Device is Missing or Damaged

We're setting up a new Brightsign unit and have formatted the sd card and copied the setup files to it but when we boot the unit it says the Storage Device is Missing or Damaged.  We've reformatted and done the copy again but no luck.  It's a brand new Brightsign unit and a brand new SD card.  Thanks

    Try another high quality SD card and format FAT32.  It is rare for these players to have issues.
