Online VS Offline Clock Issue

It seems Brightauthor connected wants to work fine when setting up a clock locally, but when attempting through clock the option isnt given (images below). Anyone know how to fix this?

    I just asked support about this as well, this is the response I received:

    "Clock zones are not currently supported for BSN.cloud presentations.

    You can create a presentation in "Local content" mode, then upload it to the cloud.
     
    Or implement the clock in HTML and then add the HTML page to the "images" zone in the presentation (HTML5 widget). You will get more flexibility with HTML. BrightSign devices can play HTML."
