Has there been any known compatibility issues? Upgrading from 1.49.1 to this and it hangs at the loading screen. OS is Win10 Pro 64-bit (10.0, Build 19045)
Second that, on Windows 11. Had to downgrade back to 1.49.1.
It is also hanging on MacOS and Windows for me on the loading screen.
Hangs at loading screen. I've tryed on 2 different computers (win 10 and 11).

Agreed - Mac OS 15.3.1 (Sequoia) and BrightSign 1.55.1. Stuck on loading screen
I also have this issue on every computer I tested; Win 10 Pro, Win 11 Pro and Mac book Ventura v13.7 In all cases 1.55.1 hangs on startup, reinstalling 1.49.1 fixes the hang issue.

I recently installed BrightAuthor:connected version 1.55.1 on Windows 11, but upon launching the software, it remains stuck on the "Loading" screen indefinitely. I have tested this on multiple machines, and the issue persists.
I have also noticed that several other users are reporting the same problem. Could you confirm if this issue is being addressed? Will there be a fix or workaround available soon?

BrightAuthor:connected 1.55.1 appears to have major compatibility issues with both Mac and Windows computers. I havent been able to use BrightAuthor since I updated it. It just gets perpetually stuck on the "Loading" screen and deleting the preferences doesn't work for me. M1 Mac here running on MacOS 15.3.1. I'm super nervous about losing all my projects.
To all those having issues with BrightSign 1.55.1, you can downgrade to the previous version by downloading the installer here. Just click the "Later" button when it prompts you to install 1.55.1 until they release a newer version.
