New BrightSign Network IP Addresses

To improve the performance and responsiveness of the BrightSign Network, we will bring online two additional gateways during the week of February 19^th. To communicate with BSN, BrightSign players will need access to the following IP addresses through network firewalls:

• 184.72.42.7
• 184.72.220.33
• 50.17.250.31 (new)
• 184.72.41.254 (new)

If your BSN players are operating behind a strict firewall that only permits access to certain IP addresses, you will need to allow access to all four of the above IP addresses by the week of February 19^th to ensure proper communication with BSN.

Important: BrightSign players use Amazon S3 servers for content downloads and Remote Snapshot uploads. Since the addresses of these servers are numerous and constantly changing, players should be allowed to contact any IP address on port 80. See this article for further information.
