Transition to next zone state after MRSS feed displays all items

Hello All,

We are running multiple MRSS feed states in a zone on an XD232.  Currently, they run until a timeout event occurs and then they switch to the next state.

The problem is that some of my MRSS feeds will have varying numbers of items in them and they do not all have time to display before the state timeout occurs.  I am looking to do something similar to what is posted here (http://support.brightsign.biz/hc/en-us/articles/218067377-How-do-I-delay-an-interactive-switch-until-the-end-of-the-current-video- ) but have the state only transition after all the items in the particular MRSS feed have been displayed.  There is no video involved, only images.

Thoughts?  What would be a straightforward approach to dealing with this?

  There isn't a solution for this currently.

   

  We are working on adding a medialist end event that occurs at the end of a media list. Since you can populate a media list with an mrss feed, that should work for you. I believe a similar feature request is in place for the end of an mrss feed.

   

  Is this in an interactive zone? Because if you were playing mutiple feeds in an standard looping zone, they should advance automatically from one feed to the other.
