HD222 Large File Publishing Bug

Hello,

I've got a problem with publishing large video file (about 500MB) via LFN. If I publish a project, time of the publishing is about 20sec only, there's no error written, but the project doesn't play. The video file probably doesn't upload to SDcard. It's as a same player as here. If I've published the smaller file (e.g. 50MB), everything works fine.

Unit:I use BrightAuthor 4.4.0.15

    Can you share your large file in dropbox or some other cloud service?

    Does BrightAuthor create a thumbnail for your file?

    Does your file play in BrightAuthor preview?

    Hello,

    well, the file isn't just my, but I'll try to provide it online. And we've found there are some binary differences in the file when we publish it via Bright Author. Isn't that wrong?

    I'm not sure if the files are supposed to be identical...

    We have published files larger than 500MB without an issue. It does take some time to precess...

    I'm trying to determine if the original file is healthy.

    Does BrightAuthor create a thumbnail for your file?

    Does your file play in BrightAuthor preview?

    Are you running the most recent version of BrightAuthor and the player's firmware?
