LS 423 & Wireless Connection

I cannot get my new LS423 player to recognize a local wireless network. I am confident that I am inputting the correct SSID and password but the system fails each time I reset.

Am I missing a piece of hardware for the player?

OR ?????????

    Is the antenna connected to the player?

    BrightSign players do not include WiFi module by default. WiFi module needs to be purchased and installed separately in the player.

    WiFi module for LS423 model is not available yet.

    In order to connect LS423 to WiFi network, you can use an Ethernet to Wireless adapter.

    I know this is an old post, but is this still the case?  We purchased our LS423 with the understanding that it had Wi-Fi.  Is this not the case?

    You must buy the WiFi module seperately for all BrightSign players.  The module cost somewhere shy of $50 depending on quantity.
