BrighAuthor Rss feed ticker not working

Hello,

I am using BrightAuthor 4.6.0.8 with HD223. I cannot get the RSS feed ticker to work. It does not show anything.

I create the ticker normally, and get the OK that it was validated correctly. I am trying to display the CNN topstories feed.

How can I enable the ticker to work?

    We use the same feed without an issue.

    Please attach your project file, so we can take a closer look and better assist.

    How can I attach files here, only photos allowed? Can you send me your project file so I can test that?
