Has anyone been able to get support from this company? I have had a request in for over a week and received nothing but silence. This company is a joke!

Lyndon Paul, I don't know if any of our previous replies were caught in a filter, but I was notified of your post, and I sent an email with the rma form. Please let us know if you still haven't received the message and I'll resend differently.
