audio problems

Using HDMI, there is a directory of channels. when changing the channels the audio drops. continue to change channels the video drops.

    have you contacted our support via email, and sent a sample presentation we can use to duplicate this problem? What player and firmware is this? we need more inormation about the content, and project.
