xd3 xd233 firmware update issue

Greetings,

Just received our new XD233 and first thing was to update the firmware.  I downloaded and installed the current 6.2.63 version from the original 6.2.38.  After the install the unit simply reboots over and over.  Upon booting, is loads the version 6.2.63 then after the loading bar completes, I see a quick flash of the BrightSign logo and then the unit Err's out and reboots again.  Ideas?  I cant seem to recover.

    The problem was fixed by performing factory reset: http://support.brightsign.biz/hc/en-us/articles/218065977-How-do-I-restore-reset-a-unit-to-Factory-Default-settings-

    If you have new XD or XT players, please upgrade their firmware to version 6.2.63.2

    We continue to have constant reboots every 1.5 to 2 hours even after installing the 6.2.63.2 firmware update.  This with multiple XD233 units we currently are trying to use.  Please help!

    Please count how many times is the red "Err" LED blinking on the player. If it is blinking 10 times, then it can be a problem with presentation. Please export the presentation that is published to the units and send a download link.

    Alex, I am not experiencing any "Err" LED blinking.  Although I did perform the saved presentation and can only email you the zip file (9 KB) as I have no link to provide.

    I need to see your presentation source files. Please follow steps from the article above, then zip a folder containing presentation source files, upload it to wetransfer, google drive, dropbox or other cloud service, and send a download link. You can send it to support@brightsign.biz
