XT1143 Single Screen will not display in Portrait mode

 I have a single panel wall display in hanging portrait orientation.  I have set up a few test presentations using the BrightAuthor software, but unfortunately the images (sized 1920 x1080) do not fill the screen in a portrait orientation, but rather display in the middle of the screen sideways -- Would someone be able to assist in what I am doing incorrectly?

    Jared,

     

    Try rotating your image in photoshop or such, so it looks normal on your desktop computer. Meaning 1080x1920, or up side up.

    Your BrightAuthor should be set to Portrait as you already did.
