Upload files to Player via Browser

The Diagnostic Web Server offers the possibility to upload files to the player via a browser from the users workstation. I would like to use this feature for some of our users, but I do not want to give them full access to the Diagnostic Web Server. The users should only be able to upload images or videos to the player and then start a presentation of these files. I do not want another server or BrightAuthor for uploading. Everything should stay on the player. The upload pages on the Diagnostic Web Server are exactly what I am looking for.

Is it possible?

Kind regards,

Andreas

You can upload media files to the BrightSign player storage via diagnostic web server (DWS). After media files are uploaded, you can reboot BrightSign via DWS, and it should play all media files in alphabetical order.

You can't give access to certain tabs in DWS. If you want to restrict permissions for different users, please consider using BrightSign Network service -  www.brightsignnetwork.com

Would it be possible to use the technique described here, to copy the upload application into our own pages? We can not use an external service, because the content should stay internal to our company.

If we can not copy the application, is there an example available demonstrating how to upload files via the Application Web Server?

    Thank you,

    Andreas

Is there a solution for this problem? Maybe with a custom webpage?
