I have a client who cannot connect to his 4K242 via Local Networking.
The player gets discovered in BrightAuthor, but disappears from the list of Networked units immediately.
Attempting to add the unit back with the plus button gives a message that the player is already listed. There's nothing in the box to select however.
We've run the Network Connectivity Checker against the IP of the unit, and everything passed.
Curious what to try next.
