We have purchased a few Brightsign 4K (Cisco DMP) and all is working fine, but a few units will not boot up or not work. When we had a look, the light on the side where it says Upd is flashing / Strobing a lot.
I want to know if there is anything we can do onsite rather than sending it of for a swap as it is less than a year old.
