Can't upload 4K video to Brightsign Network via Author.

Hello,

I can't upload 4K video to Brightsign Network via Author, it said: "The resolution of the video file is not supported". How can I fix it?
The video is 3840x2160, H.265 and I have set the model to 4K242.
