unable to access a brightsign at that ip address - XT1143

Everything WAS working fine.  I was testing new layouts, I published bia local networking, and the display turned purple.  I published again and got a flash of my content, then purple again.  I rebooted, and the content came up fine but since then BrightAuthor can no longer access the player.  I have tried everything on the support sites, documentation, and forums... formatted the SD card, rebooted, new setup card, over and over and still Bright Author cannot locate the player.

 

Any suggestions?

    I believe that link is for a case that was opened.  We can't hit that.  Is this for the factory default script?  The link below will be up for a day or so.

    Thanks Guys,

    I wasn't sure if the script Colin mentioned earlier was the factory default script or if there was another "initial setup script". But it seems to have done the trick! Thanks.
