BrightAuthor 4.6.0.15 on Windows 10 Pro looks awful

Using BA 4.6.0.15 on Windows 10 Pro.  The program doesn't scale or present well.  For example, when I setup a BrightSing unit, the buttons at the bottom are cut off.  This happens at 1920-1080 on various laptops.  Is there a trick to making BA look correct?

  Go into Display settings (right-click desktop, choose Display settings)

  Set the Change the size of text, apps, and other items to 100%

  Otherwise Windows will guess at an optimal value based on the screen DPI, often resulting in a non-one-to-one pixel mapping.
