We have a XD1132 that was working fine up until we removed the power to insert a new SD card for a new presentation. When we powered it back up, there was no display and only the "Upd - solid amber" and "Pwr - solid green" lights where lit.
I've tried loading the autorun.brs factory reset on a usb to power the device on and even pressing and holding the reset button on power up. both had no effect.
Thoughts or suggestions? I could really use your help.
You can try reinstalling firmware in secure mode, were you power up with the firmware on an sd card, holding down the recessed svc button, and then plug into to power. Hold the button for about 6 seconds.
But, it sounds like this unit may need to be replaced.
I just tried with the svc button and it had no affect. Is this unit under any sort of warranty?
