Change Live TV channel

Hi everyone,

This may be a simple one but I have been unable to resolve so far..

How would I change the LiveTV channel via Brightsign?

    You want to change the channel of the device that provides video to the Live input of the BrightSign player?

     

    Some models have an IR on them that you can use to send to the set top source.  Also the Iguana Works IR dongles work to send IR out.

    So this has to be done from the device connected to BrightSign? I was hoping this could be completed via the software...

    Please be more specific about the device that you are trying to control.

    Can we assume that you are trying to control a Cable/Satellite box?

    Which model is it?
