We made a simple BrightAuthor Project with that configuration and a factory reseted LS322, and nothing worked. After downgrading to an older firmware everything worked fine. Playing a single MP3 on the SD without the autorun.brs worked as well. You might have a bug here?

can you post the project file, just the bpf file you were using? Was this with an enhanced audio project? I know there was some bug related to an enhanced audio zone. The same project worked fine if using a standard audio zone.
Find a rebuilt of the projects attached. The actual project is on a colleagues computer at the moment. If that project works fine on your device, I can still send you the actual project. Please let me know if something is wrong with the link.

Audio files don't play in Enhanced Audio zone due to the bug in firmware v6.2.94.
The bug will be fixed in future firmware update.
For now, you can use a standard audio zone instead of enhanced audio zone.
If you need enhanced audio zone, you must downgrade firmware on your player.

If you have LS322, the previous firmware version is 6.2.63.

The problem described in this thread is related to Enhanced Audio zone. Does your presentation contain Enhanced Audio zone? If so, it won't play on the BrightSign with firmware 6.2.94.
Workarounds:
1. Replace Enhanced Audio zone with standard audio zone.
2. Downgrade firmware on the player to earlier version (6.2.63).
What is the model of your BrightSign device?

No, firmware for HD223 (HD1023) is different.
