How can I delete remote snapshot, so it cantake a more new snapshots.a

    Hi Gerardo,

    How you would control snapshots, depends on what type of access to a player you have.

    If you have access to the player from its local network, and the diagnostic web server is enabled, you can stop snapshots from this page. 

     

     

    For a player that is on the BrightSign Network, you would control screenshots from the BSN web UI.
