LS3 supported output resolutions?

Can i output 1980 x 1200 16:10 from LS3? There is an option for it in BrightAuthor but doesn't seem to work. All my content and the projectors are 16:10 WUXGA... should i start downscaling to 1980 x 1080 or is there a way to fix it?

    Have you checked the support article here: http://docs.brightsign.biz/display/DOC/Supported+Video+Resolutions 

     

    It indicates that the resolution is supported. Maybe the file has a high, unsupported bit rate?

    Thanks but the tech support replied already that it's NOT possible. And i was writing 1980 but was of course meaning 1920...

    You can output a 1920x1200 signal, but you cannot use 1920x1200 media.

    So you can output a 1920x1200 signal with say, a 1920x1080 video file and a 1920x120 ticker at the bottom (or top).

    Or you could stretch the 1920x1080 video file to 1920x1200, but you cannot load a 1920x1200 video file for playback.
