Scrolling local html and zone linked trigger to html

Hello.

I'm using XT1143 and elo touch screen.
Just started to create my first project and can not find info to my problem.

1. How can i set up that local html page (converted large excel sheet) is scrollable up and down? Now it's locked inactive in top position.
2. How i can make that the html page is triggered by linked zone message from picture to html?

    In order to make an HTML page scrollable, you may need to enable that in the HTML code, using JS, CSS, etc...
