Have a customer whose "sign maintainer" left without telling anyone how the thing worked. Have tried to reset the unit with the reset button but still cannot access the device with "admin" and "serial number." Does the HD1020 have a different default usename and password? BrightAuthor detected the device before the reset but does not see it now, even if I type in the IP address by hand.
