The HD1010 is an older model, so you would need to carefully match its firmware version, and the version of BrightAuthor. Assuming you are using BrightAuthor... Are you?
Is it an interactive project, or all you are trying to do is to loop a video?
Please provide more detail about what you are trying to accomplish, and your workflow.
I do this Haunt for kids each year and I have a relay trigger hooked to my pc in a program that can trigger the pins, anyway I wanted to trigger a video at a certain time, I cant find help anywhere
Hi Bright Scripters. I am having an issue with triggering the looped video. Currently when I insert the SD card, the presentation looks like it's loading on the display, but then it drops out and my display tells me it does not have a video source. I currently have Bright Author v. 3.8.0.41 and our HD1010 player has firmware v. 3.8.34.
BrightAuthor 3.8 requires firmware 3.11.11 for HDx10 players.
