I can successfully download and install Bright Author client from Brightsign website. But when I go to run the program, it will open a window and have "Project 1" at the top, but the entire window is blank... either all white or all black. I cannot change this. I can minimize, maximize, change size of window, etc., but I cannot see any software or buttons. I took same steps on a colleague's dell laptop, running same Windows 10 as me, and it worked fine. I have tweaked all DPI scaling settings and resolution, even having our excellent in-house IT team explore, and we cannot figure this out. Please help!
