Loop Stutter XD3

I have 3 XD3 units, *NOT synchronized*. It's 3 interactive projects shown together. I had simple animation, mp4, all placeholders for each project in each XD unit,  everything triggers and is seamless on the loops (obviously the trigger makes a slight stutter, but that's fine)....

The issue is that now the final content is created, I've gone in and replaced each source video in the projects with the new/final version, and for some reason the new videos, still mp4, stutter every SINGLE time they loop. The simple animation placeholder videos did not. I've changed nothing, the firmware is all the same, the projects are the exact same, just the media has changed. That leads me to believe that the media isn't the right format or something, but they're all h264 mp4's (HD not 4k).

What's the bitrate of the media?  It's critical that it remain under 25 Mbps.

You can use Bitrate Viewer to check for spikes, which some encoders like to introduce.

I DL the viewer, and it says the loop is 5535kbps peak and average 3598.   Do I need to keep it under 4.1 or whatever that is? or is that something different (I'm not used to delivery/format stuff, just editing).

i figured it out. The videos had audio tracks (blank, with nothing there, but audio codec nonetheless).  Thank you, i should have noticed that earlier.
