Brightwall not showing on all 3 displays

I have setup a 1x3 Brightwall with the TV's in portrait mode (1920x3240), however I can't get the video to display on all 3 TV's. Originally it was playing on the left and right TV correctly and after making some changes now it only displays on the middle TV - with the content shrunk to fit. I haven't been able to find much help in the online documentation for this.

I'm using three HD223 players. All have static IP addresses and show up under the manage tab and show that they are playing the correct active presentation.

The presentation is a single .mp4 video on a loop.

Any suggestions on how to get this working correctly?

Is your BrightWall in Regular mode, or Stretched mode?

Put differently, are you loading a single 1920x3240 video, or have you chopped it to 3 1920x1080 video files?

Please post a screenshot of your video for clarification if possible.

Frankly, I have never tried the Stretched mode. We always chop our videos to FHD chunks, and load each file to a player in the BrightWall.

That way the player is playing its native frame size, so the image is pixel accurate.

It is in stretched mode. There is not a way to select Regular mode when using the TV's in portrait mode. I'm wondering if the problem is with the configuration file. I select that the TVs are in portrait mode with the bottom on the left and save the config, but if I go back into the config to edit it the selection for TV display mode is empty again. Is there a way to verify that this is working?

You can always create a new configuration from scratch.

Generally speaking, in Regular mode, the screen orientation can be ignored, but you need to keep track of how the content is created, cropped to 3 files, and possibly rotated.

If you post a frame from your content, I'd be able to be more specific.

I got it figured out this morning. I upgraded it to the latest firmware and now it is working. It was on 6.3.33 before, so there must have been some compatibility issues or something.

    Thanks for the feedback.

Out of curiosity; are you publishing a single 1920x3240 file in Stretched?

Yes. It doesn't allow for regular with TVs in portrait mode. The Type is stretched and view mode is letterboxed and centered. It does cut off a little bit of the edges still, but mostly fits fine.
