I cannot get my background image to display on updated presentation. BA version 4.6.0.36 and XD 1230 firmware 6.1.76. everything worked on the old firmware on another XD 1230, but I had to replace the unit and now I cannot get the background image to display. If I build another presentation with just the background only, it displays just fine.

I know I can use one of the video zones as a background, but I want to use that zone at a later date so I need the background to work.

Bright Scripters Sorry but I haven't had the chance to fully test.
If I'm not mistaken, the background zone is playing on a video layer.
You may get better results if you placed your background image on an Images zone...
It can get a little tricky to have the image at the bottom layer, but it is possible, if you create that zone first.
