Brightwall Loop 30 second loop gap

I created my first brightwall using XT3 devices and have the latest firmware. The video will start, run synced and then the video ends. This is where the screens go black and stay black for 30ish seconds then the video begins again. 

A 2015 thread pointed out a firmware update resolved this, but my issue is not resolved with the most current update. 

What am I missing?

    Still no go, I am guessing since the firmware resolved this issue back in 2015 according to another thread on this subject, that my issue may be hardware related. Also since there are no replies, probably something no one else is seeing.
