Screen colour change to picture

Hello,

 

is it possible to use a picture instead a colour when no playlist is active?

    No, but if you use a publishing method that supports Interrupt Schedules you could have an a an all day presentation that is your image and you just interrupt it with your content.

    Be warned, however, that holding a different image on screen for a long time will cause uneven wear, the LCD equivalent of burn in in CRTs.
